1. What BullVox is
BullVox (bullvox.app), operated by Lorenz K., Austria ([email protected]), tracks public stock-related statements made by finance YouTubers, date-stamps them, and measures their performance against the S&P 500. By using the site or creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Not investment advice
BullVox aggregates and grades statements made publicly by third-party creators. It is data journalism, not a recommendation. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice; past performance of any creator or stock does not predict future results. Any investment decision you make is yours alone — do your own research. BullVox is independent and not affiliated with any tracked creator, YouTube, or any broker.
3. Accuracy of the data
Picks are extracted from video transcripts with automated systems and reviewed statistically, not editorially. We work hard on correctness (dated entries, source-linked calls, corrections logged rather than deleted) but cannot guarantee that every extracted call, price or return is complete or error-free. Spotted a mistake? Tell us — we fix data, we don't memory-hole it.
4. Accounts
An account (email, Google or Apple sign-in) is needed only for Premium. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see section 7).
5. Premium subscription
Premium unlocks the top-3 creator identities, full pick histories, and the named consensus buys, right on the site. It costs $6.99 per week, all taxes included — the price shown is exactly what you pay. Billing runs through Stripe: the subscription starts when checkout completes and renews automatically every week until you cancel.
Cancel anytime: use the link in any Stripe receipt/invoice email, or write to [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid week. By subscribing you agree that access starts immediately, and you acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services once performance has begun (§ 18 FAGG / Art. 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive). If something went wrong with a charge, contact us — we're reasonable.
6. Prices and changes
We may change the Premium price or scope for future billing periods. Price changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance; if you don't agree, simply cancel before the next renewal.
7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish the data; don't share Premium access or circumvent the paywall; don't disrupt the service. The site's design, code and curated dataset are protected by copyright and database rights. Short quotes with attribution ("via bullvox.app") are welcome.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury. We are, in particular, not liable for investment losses arising from decisions based on data shown here (see section 2). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination and changes to the service
You can stop using BullVox or delete your account at any time. We may modify or discontinue features; if Premium is discontinued entirely, prepaid periods are refunded pro rata. We may update these terms — material changes are announced by email 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
