The analyst recommends avoiding Brown-Forman due to its overleveraged balance sheet, with debt more than doubling while earnings have remained largely flat. The company has used debt for share buybacks rather than earnings growth, and rising interest rates will further strain free cash flow, making the stock overvalued at its current premium multiple. He suggests waiting for a significant price drop before considering an investment.
